Endocrine emergencies in pets, there are many causes for the condition. In the case of an emergency, the owner should know the basic information first such as what are the symptoms? How long has it been? for further diagnosis. In all cases of emergency, the owner should consult a veterinarian to report initial symptoms of the pet In order to receive the treatment in time.

Endocrine glands are important to the body's changes, various metabolic processes in the body, control of chemical reactions in the body, and the cells in the body will transport substances into/out the cells which affects the body growth, energy use, reproduction, as well as emotional responses. Endocrine glands will excrete secretions. Which is a chemical called “Hormone” 

It is very important for a living. These hormones are produced and absorbed into the bloodstream and be sent to various parts of the body. This endocrine system has different/ specific structures and functions.

Therefore, Endocrine emergencies regardless of which part of the body, is often dangerous since these hormones will always be connected and working together as a network. Therefore resulting in the relation of endocrine diseases, no matter which gland has been infected, it will affect other endocrine glands as a whole and eventually causing abnormal functioning of various cells throughout the body.

Endocrine emergencies often occur in pets, and found the occurrence of diabetes which is the cause of obesity in pets, most are caused by eating. Which the owner does not heed their health. It is true that chubby pets are cuter than the skinny pets.  But having a disease is bad to pets. In addition, there are also emergency problems when the endocrine disease occurs, usually occurs in the thyroid and adrenal glands.
